The Kingdom of the Netherlands is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. It is known for its windmills, dikes, tulips, clogs and cheese. The small country is located in North-Western Europe. The country is also often called Holland, but this name only includes two of the twelve provinces: North and South Holland. The name 'Netherlands' comes from 'lowland', and refers to the 26% of the small country that is located below sea level.
