My name is Leendert van Bergeijk, I am an amateur nature and travel photographer, born and raised in the Netherlands.
I am a professional in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), a keen birder and have always been fascinated by the worlds rough landscapes, oceans and wildlife.
For me, nature and photography is also about having fun, remembering special moments, exploring outdoors and sharing my fascination. My priority is always to observe wildlife with respect for distance and nests to avoid startling them or forcing them to flee.
I use a Sony RX100, a Canon 7D with a 10-22mm and 100-400mm Canon lens, and sometimes just my iPhone.
I have a passion for our planet and try to capture its wonders through the travel, wildlife and landscape photographs that I take. I hope I will make a small contribution to opening people's eyes to the special charm and fragility of our planet with some of my images.
