I have been making and installing site responsive Paintings in Space since 2008. When the installation comes down, all that remains are the photographs I take.
As Paintings in Space, one can enter into the painting, experiencing it from within. These works are intended to be immersive. It is the viewers that become the final component of the painting. The video projections create a virtual Painting in Space. Completely unencumbered by physical space, these projections take the perspective of an insect flying through the work.
